Hotel Booking can only be done through ISNSC secretariat. (starting from May 1st, 2020)
You can write clearly your requirements for rooms/beds/days in the registration form and then email it to ISNSC secretriat wfim4_2020@126.com
After receiving your form, then secretriat will ask the hotel to keep a room for you and you need make payment in cash or in credit card (UnionPay) on-site to the hotel receiptionist when doing check-in or check-out.
Attention:
1) please don't not book hotel rooms by yourself; total 4 nights during the meeting period.
2) Plenary Hall and Session Rooms are all within the Hotel.
3) We strongly suggest that you bring 2000 RMB in Cash so that you can make payment in Cash to Hotel in case your credit card doesn't work then.
