The organizing committee would like to appreciate your acceptance to contribute the Conference. Due to the tight budget, we cannot financially support the plenary, keynote and invited speakers. All speakers and Session Chairs are expected to pay registration and hotel room charges by themselves. And for the Organizers, Committee Members, and Session Chairs, we also have no financial support at present. We would like to ask you to understand and accept this financial situation.
When you arrive at Chizhou Train Station/Airport, you’ll easily find a conference bus/car outside the station. Then we’ll pick you up to the conference venue (the hotel) for free of charge.
According to your departure time from the conference Hotel, we will provide bus/car to drive you to the Chizhou Train Station/Airport for free of charge.
