Posters & Awards
WFIM-X will be presenting awards to best oral and poster, as well as several runners-up for each category.
We will have judging forms available at tables for the JUDGE PANEL.
Please consider volunteering and asking your colleagues to join in the effort.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Posters should be mounted on the morning of the day of presentation (Saturday, Octber 21, 2018) until 15:30 and have to be removed at the end of the conference (Tuesday, Octber 23, 2018) until 21:30, otherwise they will be removed by the organizers.
There will be no guided poster tour but main authors are kindly requested to be present at their posters during poster viewing session for discussions.
Posters have to be designed and printed by the authors in portrait format (Size: 900 mm wide x 1200 mm high).
Please note: Poster printing is NOT possible on-site.
Please fix your poster on the poster panel marked with your poster permanent number (Permanent-ID).
Fixing material will be provided and distributed on-site in the poster area.

Young Scientist-/ Poster Awards
The best scientific contributions (Poster) will be awarded with the Young Scientist-/ Poster Award.
The winners will be honored during the Networking Get-together on Monday evening or closing ceremony (Oct 23, 2023).

** 为鼓励和培养新一代非金属矿科技人才，拟会议期间评选出优秀墙报奖（拟总量的10-15%），颁发证书和给予物质奖励。
1）拟申请优秀墙报奖的参会人员，请提前（10月8日）前将确定的会议墙报以PDF格式发给 qyimcn@126.com；
若申请后而没有实际参加会议张贴出墙报进行学术交流的，则是无效申请。
请将文件命名为：议题号-申奖作者-第一作者-通讯作者和联系手机号-单位-申优墙报-申请日期年月日

2）结合会议期间现场展讲和专家组评选（学术、展讲、设计等），考虑提前积极申请因素，确定获奖墙报。
评价标准包含以下方面：
1）积极申请、命名符合要求
2）正式注册参会员、参会展讲 （否则申请无效）.以学生为主体。
3）科学内容充实
4）设计美观、尺求按要求
5）参加颁奖仪式、现场领取证书、奖品,
6）同意墙报公开于本网展示，助力大家学习、交流

Posters
1. 墙报交流
在学术会议上，墙报（Poster）展示研究成果是一种很重要的学术交流方式。
墙报是用直观的的图像和图表展示主要的研究结果，配以简洁明了的说明，让感兴趣的参会者在几分钟时间内就可以了解作者的研究发现和结论，并且可以在墙报面前面对面地直接交流。
相对于口头报告，墙报尽管信息量受到限制，但展示时间长，交流更加充分。墙报展讲的方式很容易建立学术联系，扩大学术影响。
2. 准备墙报
墙报需要在规定的尺寸内，将您的研究成果尽可能的进行展示。
本会议墙报的规定尺寸是： 90cm (宽) x 120cm（高）。
为使您的海报更具有吸引力，您需要亲自设计墙报（推荐使用Windows PowerPoint进行设计），并到您附近的彩印社将其打印出来。请别忘了亲自将墙报带到年会。
3. 张贴墙报
会议期间，您需要在规定的时间，到年会提供的Poster场地张贴您的海报，会务会为您提供必要的工具（胶带、图钉等）。
展示期间，主要作者尽可能守候在墙报旁边，热情接待每一位前来观看的同行，进行面对面的交流，细致解答各种疑问和进行讨论。这是启发学术思想，建立学术联系的大好机会。
4. 优秀墙报奖
本次会议组织专家对张贴的墙报进行即时评选，在会议上对评为优秀的墙报给予“优秀墙报奖”奖励。 您的墙报有可能获得本次会议的“优秀墙报奖”。
5.
在墙报时段结束时，您还需要亲自取下您的墙报。请注意维护场地和设施的安全和整洁。
6. 墙报样例
（采用中文、英语均可；但采用全英语墙报时，本次会议建议题目采用中英双语,并在英语文本的结论后结尾处增加用单独的文本框用2-4句中文写明本工作的核心内容。）
